Lisa Stafford - Business Secretary & Vet Rapid Lab Speicalist
Lisa Stafford grew up in the Czech community of East Bernard, TX and graduated from TX A&M with a degree in Biology. She married Dr. Dan and earned the “PST” Award for “Putting Spouse Through” Veterinary School. She worked for Louisiana Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory where she specialized in bacteriology and virology. She began Veterinary Rapid Laboratory (a USDA certified lab) and Gold Standard Labs and is in charge of personnel and is the business secretary. She has 2 sons; Drew & Jacob, 1 daughter; Cassie and 1 daughter-in-law; Katherine and 1 grandchild; Charlotte.

Ashley Moccabee - Veterinary Technician, Groomer
Ashley Moccabee graduated from Vet Tech Institute in Houston, Texas, in 2009, with an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Veterinary Technician. Ashely was the recipient of the Vet Tech Award for a GPA of greater than 3.5. She joined the Shiner Animal Hospital team in the spring of 2015. Ashley enjoys working with the small animals, dentistry, and grooming. She has two children, and a large family of animals, including one dog, three cats, two rabbits, seven snakes, a black and white tegu, a tortoise and a chinchilla. She is also a member of USARK (United States Association of Reptile Keepers), and enjoys attending reptile expos.

Dusty Drouin - Veterinary Technician
​Dusty Drouin grew up on her family's ranch in Bandera, Texas. Her family specialized in breeding and training show horses all over the Texas Circuit. In 2008, she reached her goal of qualifying for the AQHYA World Show with her 3 year old mare, Obviously Profitable. Her accomplishments led her hometown, Bandera, to designate every August 21st as Dusty Drouin Day. Dusty's love for animals led her to her first job at an animal clinic in 2011. Since then, she has continued to work in the veterinary field, and joined the Shiner Animal Hospital team in April of 2016. Dusty enjoys the fast paced environment of being a veterinary technician, and making a positive impact in the lives of animals and their owners. She is the proud mother of her adopted terrier mix, Scruffy, her dachshund, Hondo, and APHA gelding, Frankie.

Klinton Kahn - Veterinary Technician
Klint Kahn came to Shiner from Corpus Christi, Texas, and he grew up on his grandparents' ranch, R BAR M, in Smiley, Texas. He began working as a Barn Manager and Equine Dentist in 2007. In 2004, Klint became an equine dental technician when he graduated from the Academy of Equine Dentistry in Glenns Ferry, Idaho. He received his Equine Dental Provider license in 2012, and is a member of the International Association of Equine Dentistry. Klint has taken several courses and is very experienced in bovine and equine reproduction. When he is not working, Klint enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife, Leah, and his children Hallie, Cole, Harrison, Haisley and Jase.
